Traditional Lasagna

It is one of the tastiest dishes ever! It is really easy to cook and takes only 40 minutes of your free time. There are 3 steps:

Step 1: The first thing you should do is cook the sausage and beef on medium heat until it is no longer pink; drain (use a large skillet). Then, add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic, sugar, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Bring to a boil. You should cover and simmer it for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

Step 2: In another small bowl, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan, and parsley. Spread 1 cup meat sauce into a baking dish (13×9-in. will be perfect) coated with cooking spray. Layer with three noodles, half of the cheese mixture, 1-1/3 cups sauce and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles and sauce.

Step 3: Cover and bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes (until bubbly). Top with provolone and remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.

  How to prepare:
Step 1: Combine juices, Red Hots, and cinnamon stick. Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours (all candies should dissolve).
Step 2: Discard cinnamon stick before serving. Serve with additional cinnamon sticks or dried cranberries.
